When you buy FlashDrive, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not collect or store your card details ourselves — Stripe handles that directly. We receive your email address and basic order information (such as which operating system version you purchased) so we can send your receipt and download link.

Our website may also collect standard technical information automatically, such as your browser type, device type, and pages visited, for the purpose of keeping the site running and secure.

How the desktop app handles data

FlashDrive is a local desktop utility. It reads and manages files on USB drives you connect to your own computer. FlashDrive does not upload, transmit, or store the contents of your files or drives on any external server. Files you choose to download through the app's video-download feature are saved directly to your drive and are not routed through or retained by us.
