These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of FlashDrive.app ("FlashDrive", "we", "us"). By purchasing or using FlashDrive, you agree to these Terms.

The product

FlashDrive is a paid desktop application for formatting, organizing, and managing USB flash drives, available for Windows, macOS, and Linux. Each purchase is a one-time payment of $4.99 per operating system version, made through our Stripe checkout.

License

When you purchase FlashDrive, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the application on devices you own or control, for personal or business use. You may not resell, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or sublicense the application.

Payment

Payment is a one-time charge of $4.99 per download — there is no subscription or recurring billing. After a successful purchase, you'll receive an email with your receipt and download link.

Refunds

If FlashDrive doesn't work as described on your system, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we'll do our best to help you get it working, or issue a refund if we can't. Reach out at support@flashdrive.app.

Acceptable use

FlashDrive is provided for managing drives and files you own or have the right to access. You're responsible for how you use the app, including any files you download, move, or delete with it. We aren't responsible for data loss — we recommend keeping backups of anything important.

No warranty

FlashDrive is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the app will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that it will meet every use case.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlashDrive.app is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the application, including but not limited to data loss.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of FlashDrive after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
